I purchased a home long distance (Maine to Florida) and the home was a Fannie Mae home. The Fannie Mae home was a real pain but without the help of David and his sister Jennifer I would not own the home! I received real Southern Hospitality! When the deal was complete and they could have walked  away having fulfilled their obligations but they have been, were, and are an ongoing resource that I really appreciate. They could not be better!
